This will be the 9th Winter White Out's Poetry & Songwriting Competition. This year's legend was found while reading transcripts the St. Clair Historical Museum has of interviews with bootleggers from St. Clair. Contestants are competing for the title and will receive cash prizes donated by St. Clair Rotary Club. Registration is open and entries are requested by noon, Friday, January 19, 2018. The winners of the  2018 Winter White Out's Competition for St. Clair's Bootlegger Balladeer and Poet Laureate will receive their proclamation from the Mayor and perform their winning poem or song during the regular city council meeting.

The East China Educational Foundation would like to invite you to sign up for the annual Chili-Heart 5K Run on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 9:00am at St. Clair Middle School.
